Verified Renter My building is quite. Maintenance responds as quick as they can to requests. The grounds are well kept, not a lot of trash lying around. The pool is very large and has plenty of chairs. I am very satisfied living in Avana Fieldstone.

DO NOT LEASE HERE! PATHETIC MANAGEMENT The management is just worst. They will try to charge you for things you already paid for. The apartments are old and have mold all over.
Read the Lease (They Do Not) Horrible place that doesn't even abide their own lease agreement. Like, I'm reading the same lease you are and you're telling me it says stuff that isn't there. Like others have said they overcharge at move out, grossly overstating the damage observed in the final walkthrough. I had to fight with them several times during and following my 15 month stay here because they attempt to charge you for things that are not in the lease.
