This place is wonderful! The staff including Callie, Melissa, Brook are wonderful! I moved here from Sarasota Fl and they made the move easy! The residents are great as well! It's a very safe place where packages will sit outside someone's door if they are pit of town and when they come home the package is still there. Love that I can park my car on Friday after work and not have to get in the car again with ample restaurants entertainment and grocery stores! The Place on Ponce is hands down one of the best places to live, if not the best place to live in Atlanta, GA. The staff, grounds, and residents are all fantastic!
I really feel at home here!! The front office staff goes out of their way to make sure you love your apartment, and the maintenance/cleaning staff are friendly and helpful too!
A great place to live in Downtown Decatur. Resort like pool area, club room, work out facilities, coffee bar and right in the middle of Decatur shops and restaurants.
We love our new home!!!! The staff is great and we have made tons of friends. It's like one big family!!!!!
Can't beat a zen fountain outside your window... Proximity to all things Decatur (where it's greater) makes being "stuck" at home a lot of fun!
