So glad the place is still there. Salad bar had a couple of new items, shrimp salad was the bomb and they had plenty of marinated artichokes. We were just eating light so did not try the meats this trip. Cinnamon rolls were a welcome treat, no one does them the same. Our waitress Kylie was friendly and very attentive. Don't forget to take home a dozen or two of their mini cinnamon treats. We will be back...
Amazing meal and service! I had the filet with crab cake, and I have to say it was one of the best filets I have ever had! Done to perfection. The crab cake was crispy, with a delicious creamy sauce. Chocolate lava cake with ice cream for dessert-yummy! Corrine was our server, and she did a great job. Checked on us numerous times, polite, personable-everything you could want in a server! Thank you Packinghouse for a wonderful meal!
Basic setup with great salad bar. The old meat packing house environment is great conversation maker with kids. Don't forget the amazing cinnamon rolls that are served with meals.
Our first trip back to the Packinghouse in several years and we were very happy with the experience. The food was very good, but the staff were all exceptional. We will definitely be back again soon.
On way home from Des Moines Iowa and someone had told us about this place. So glad we stopped!! The filet was to die for!! Can't wait to go that way again!!�����
