My son and I took the tour. The tour guide was excellent and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend it if you want to really want to get to know the city.

We loved the tour and the convenience of being able to hop off and on at the different locations. Steven (our guide) and Erica (our driver) were fantastic!!
Overall, we loved our tour guide and driver. They were a great team that gave us a very in depth tour of the city. I was very disappointed in the dispatcher who was extremely rude and argumentative with me when I called to confirm where specifically we needed to be picked up. Instead of making sure that we got picked up by the next bus, she insisted on telling me that we missed our pickup time by 2 hours even though my confirmation time was correct and we had arrived early to the pickup location. Even if you have been raised in Pittsburgh your entire life, this fun tour can teach you a few new things. The double decker buses are very comfortable for young and old alike. Whether you choose to sit inside or out you will see beautiful views of the city. The tour guides are very personable and you will never feel like you are stuck in a boring history class. From start to finish we were surprised with all that we still had to learn about our beautiful city! Take a tour... You will not be disappointed!!!
Yesterday, we rode this smooth riding open air bus around the city for 2-3 hrs. Our friendly driver, Angela, was an excellent, careful driver and Jim, our tour guide, was quite informative with his wealth of information on facts and history of Pittsburgh ! We live in the Pittsburgh area and still, we were amazed at what we saw and learned about Pittsburgh that we didn't know before our tour.
