Great spirit selection and great food! I'll be back!
Just finished a few hours ago. First time at this restaurant . A couple flew me out from California to shoot their wedding. Anyhow, what can I say???? Amazing!!! Pork belly scallops appetizer, had the classic pulled pork dinner with cabbage, and Mac N' cheese. Absolutely, positively, answered my stomachs prayers and more. Definitely coming back here, super friendly staff, impeccable customer service. Cheers.
We had dinner this evening and have been going to The Pig since they opened. We had the pork shoulder and I think tree bark would've been more tender. Not to mention it was served at room temperature. Very very disappointed and have second thoughts about returning.
