The food was amazing, not initially flavors that you would think work but they do....amazingly. Also, shout out to Jarvis for being an epic server if I could give more stars I would.
Food was over the top. We had the full rack and the the burger and all sides had unique flavors. Jarvis our server / guide did an amazing of taking care of us. We highly recommend the experience!
Great spot for a taste of pig, anyway you like it smoked,sauced, braised, great flavor profiles and drink accompaniment! I'm glad!

WOW. Is all I can say. The absolute BEST place to eat in DC, BEST on the east coast and maybe the best thing I have ever eaten. If you are in DC visit the PIG
