How is this pork possible? It is... Beyond amazing... Did they cook it so low & slow it took a year to finish? My boo thang had the Porchetta (he made the "O" face on the first bite). I had the garlic shrimp & pork belly with grits. Omg! For real? I've tried shrimp & grits at so many vetted seafood places & HATED IT. This was it! Just had to add pig to the recipe ��� And the face bacon appetizer? Get outta here! I would happily swim in & chomp that all day! Fantastic!
