I started with the face bacon and it was decadent. Melted in my mouth and full of flavor. For my main course I had the garlic shrimp and pork belly with grits and spring veggies. I’ve never eaten so slow in my life in order to enjoy every delicious, flavorful bite. To end the meal I had the salted caramel toffee pudding. The perfect dessert. It was just the right amount of sweet and salt and the texture was amazing. I am sad I do not live in DC and cannot eat at The Pig every week.
