The best hotel EVER! Beautiful accommodations and the staff was extremely cordial. Room service food was exceptional. We loved the high tech features in the room, not to mention the added feature of the TV in the bathroom. Would recommend it to anyone coming to visit in Chicago.
Beautiful, well appointed hotel with exceptional service. I especially enjoyed using the technology in the room to control lights, sound, and more. I felt like Bill Gates � There is almost no reason to leave the premises, but if you do, the lake and many attractions are a short walk away. Shopping and restaurants are steps away from the front door.
No wonder it's known as the best hotel in Hong Kong! The brand successfully continues to uphold the same quality.

Perfect stay for the 4th of July. Special thanks to the Lobby restaurant staff working Saturday the 2nd, I held a gathering of friends for dinner and Monopoly and they handled us excellently. even gave the baby with us a great little bear, above and beyond. Thanks!
