Superb hotel all around. Will always stay there on our Chicago trips!
I had a most delicious lunch. The service was excellent. Beautiful ambience for a Saturday before Christmas in the city. 🎄🎄🎄
We stayed one night and it was pretty magical. The hotel was VERY clean. The staff attentive to our needs. The food was great, we did the afternoon tea and dined at the Cantonese restaurant. It was all first class. Our Nespresso in our room was not working right and 2 people came within 5 minutes to fix it and get us a new one...and brought us a pot of fresh coffee and cream already made for the inconvenience.
