The Peninsula in Chicago is impeccable. The service from checking in to checking out is brilliant! Veronica gives the most incredible deep tissue massage. I love this place!
The Peninsula is always the best. Everyone at the hotel is always kind and super polite. You get treated like royalty whether you're getting coffee after a sweaty run, or having tea after a business meeting.
Can I give this place 10 stars? Perfection. My new favorite place.
There really isn't anything better. Location, amenities and service are the best in the city.
I love this hotel. I think it is the best hotel in the city of Chicago. Everyone here is pure class. I always have a fantastic experience whenever I come here for a massage or staycation. The people that work here are the definition of what a five star hotel entails....the standards are beyond what you expect.
