The Peninsula is an elegant hotel where they pride themselves on the little extras. The room was extremely comfortable, tastefully decorated and well appointed. The technology was occasionally challenging but it was fun to use. I found the staff always went out of their way to provide exceptional service. I would highly recommend the Peninsula!
An exceptional hotel with great personal service, great bar, food and great location. We love this hotel and will only stay here when in Chicago.

We just went for High Tea, and it was a wonderful experience. The staff was exceptional, they were all so nice and attentive. I can't remember that last time I had such great service. The food and tea were delicious. It was the perfect afternoon.
