Lovely hotel conveniently located at Michigan Avenue. The staff and service was outstanding and the rooms were as well appointed as any we have ever stayed in. Would recommend this hotel to anyone and would stay at The Peninsula again when traveling to Chicago, New York or Beverly Hills.
Exceptional in all areas and the team excels in personal and attentive service. The Bar at Peninsula perfectly crafted the best bourbon drink I've ever enjoyed.
The place where everyone knew our name and great food
Our first stay at the Peninsula Chicago was everything we were expecting! It was a fabulous place to stay for swimming and shopping with my kids, from the cookies upon arrival to the TV in the bathtub. We had a wonderful time, from now on its only the Peninsula for me!
