Exceptional. Stayed at other "5" star hotels before, and have left wondering what a "5" star is. The Peninsula is truly 5 stars. Other hotels have similar amenities, but it's the staff and the attention to detail that sets The Peninsula apart. I have encountered disdain, disgust, and even outright contempt by some staff at other "5" star hotels, not to mention the other guests, but not once was an interaction with an employee of the Peninsula not a joy. A fantastic hotell!! Got upgraded to the junior suite and felt very pampered. Amazing beds, nice interior, got complimentary late check-out when we asked for it, fantastic pool and locker rooms with all the trimmings, a great gym with a great view. Everything you can ask for in a luxury hotel. Staff kind and very serviceminded. Great location.
What a wonderful experience! The staff was friendly, food was great and beautiful atmosphere! Can't wait to experience more of what Peninsula has to offer.
