Very Nice staff. Just don't care for the Loop location and the crazy drivers.
Fabulous, beautiful hotel with such attention to detail. Very attentive, friendly staff, excellent food. High tech, beautiful rooms with spectacular views of Michigan Ave. Great stay!
What an amazing spa experienxe- both massage and facial were amazing! Had a wonderful lunch by the pool! Well worth the splurge!
