The worst company I have ever rented from. Very unprofessional and does not care for their tenants. Filed a complaint with the company about issues and was never contacted or resolved.
Horrible company to rent from. I see why they have a 1.5 star review. If you file a complaint or need to speak with higher management you will not get anything accomplished and they will not speak with you at all. This is just touching the surface, there's so much more I could say.
I moved in the pines apartment last year and they took my check stubs but now that I’m trying to renew my lease they won’t take them saying that they are not legible I don’t won’t to get kicked out over check stubs this is crazy
Horrible company and liars!! i lived in Andover park apartment in kinston nc and when I moved out I was told I wouldn’t be charged anything because it was voluntary 2 years later i now see that this is posted on my credit report in collections that I owe them $1500!!
