El mejor edificio dónde uno se pueda alquilar. La limpieza del lugar es excelente, fumigan todos los meses, no se ve ni una mosquita, el trato de las manager es muy servicial. Al igual que los de mantenimiento. Gracias
I had a bad experience when visiting this apartment. I’ve visited many apartments during the last month and have never come across this situation. I came in to tour the apartments in pearl dadeland and parked my car where it said future resident parking. I got fined $45 because no one at the leasing office told me that my car had to be registered. I was scheduled to tour apartments so they knew I was there.
