LOVE THIS PLACE!!! If you are trying to live close to DT and have amazing neighbors. The staff is the best ever as well.

Me gusta que diseñaran las paredes de una manera que no todas terminan en ángulos rectos y algunas son redondeadas. My third residents since moving to Austin and so far my Favorite! Really great location, $5-10 uber ride to downtown or east side hotspots, but still tucked away in a very quiet neighborhood. The neighbors are quiet but very friendly. And the rent plus utility bills are very reasonable! Nice grounds too, with a beautiful pool and a gym.
