Not impressed. The stairs to the second floors are really steep. Not sure they're ADA compliant. Management doesn't return calls in a timely manner.
My son is a college kid so he has a bike that he can't even keep on his patio that we pay 1000 a month for. What kind of apt doesn't let you keep bikes, canoes etc on their patio! ? Where are they supposed to keep them?? Doesn't matter now because someone stole it! Positive thing maintenance is quick and awesome. When 1st moved in we loved this place then came the 50 dollar increase a month and for some reason he pays alot more on water than what it used to be.
This is the best apartment complex I have ever had the pleasure of staying at. The office staff is wonderful and friendly, and maintenance is always prompt. There are also apartment socials a couple times a month if you're into that. The saltwater pool is one of my favorite features (for the Summer) and can't wait until I can dip in it again. Would highly recommend living here!
This is such a well kept community! My fiancé and I have lived here for almost 2 years. The staff is also very helpful and nice :) They have awesome get togethers monthly for residents and it is much appreciated. Hidden gem!
The office staff here is the best in Austin. Truly understanding and eager to make things work for you.
Consider living at Hawthorne at the District if you value maintained grounds, great safety lighting, speed maintenance response and friendly, effective management.
This place is awesome. The office staff is super friendly and accommodates where needed. I've felt nothing but good things here and would highly recommend this place for anyone I know. PLUS: They have USB outlets
