I am very scared when it come to needles but where do I start?! James is so professional and so friendly he calmed my nerves. I had a industrial piercing 2 days ago (3rd time in my live) and wow o don’t even feel like I just got it done unless I touch it or sleep on it 😂.. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND JAMES to anyone who wants a new piercing. Oh and they are very but very clean.. thank you James see you soon 😉

James did my 14th and 15th piercings and it was one of the most amazing piercing experiences I've ever had. He was very informative, patient, and caring. I would definitely recommend him and the parlour!
James was amazing! He walked me through the process, aftercare and addressed any other concerns I had. The shop was very clean, all equipment was sterile. He was very welcoming and calm, made the piercings go very smooth. Definitely would recommend the shop to my loved ones. So happy with my decision & love my new piercings! 🖤

Nicole is AMAZING! Not only did she do an amazing job with that tattoo, but she came in early before they opened to accommodate the very short 24 hours that I was in Buffalo. She was super down to earth and so nice. This place definitely deserves five stars :)
While visiting family in Niagara Falls, I went to check out The Parlour of Buffalo. James was great!! He was very patient as I picked out a new tragus ring, he changed it before I even felt anything. The shop is absolutely beautiful and very clean. Then there’s the jewelry selection, it’s amazing!!! Over all just a great shop!! Highly recommend checking this shop out!!!
