My lease was up & when I went to the office to put my notice in she had already signed me another lease!! She told me after I didn't come by the office the system automatically does it!!! Never heard of such mess in my entire life!! I refuse to live in fear at this place that suppose to b home, so I stayed in the office abt 45 min & finally she let me put my notice in!! This place is a joke not only did I get the run around on when I could move in to my apartment but Iv had 2 water leaks one was my tub leaking from upstairs to my kitchen downstairs. The other was my w/d hookups.. Although they fixed the leaks I still have two 3 foot holes with insalation exposed In my apartment. I also have a brown ceiling from the water leak. I have notified the office numerous times. They always say oh we have to get a contractor well it doesn't take 4 and 1/2 months because that's how long I've had the h... read more
This place sucks. Their office hours are awful. Most people work 8 to 5, so by the time you get to your apartment the office is closed down; plus they will leave early (or arrive LATE like today!!) despite posted hours. Everything inside the apartment or townhouse is cheap and poor quality so things break and have problems all the time. But the maintenance crew seems overwhelmed nor will they enter your place if you have a pet and aren't home (so basically nothing gets done in my place). I cannot wait to get out of my lease.... read more
