I applied, got denied due to their illegal background checks which displays expunged court dockets. They contacted me later to state I was approved but required a higher security deposit due to it being an "override" application. After looking at the reviews (fleas, roaches, rape, robbery, etc), I'd rather not move here anyways. I found a better complex in North Jackson that isn't full of BS which I'll be moving into tomorrow.
They really tried to make me live with fleas!!!..never move to Park At Moss Creek . I was moved into an apartment that was infested with fleas after being told that my floors were stripped, treated, & replaced because the previous renters had three pit bulls. Then when it was brought to their attention we weren't offered any accommodation. They expected to treat the fleas while we were in there and didn't get any results. Hey its always good to be with � family enjoying good food good � times on the day before birthday january 16 th day before birthday today. The 17 we had my birthday dinner on 16th because my daughter niece had to work go to school on today some of my grands all had to work my grand daughter came out of memphis to see me on my birthday
When will by maintenance requests be completed? When will all the dryers be looked at and fixed? When will the dryers stop eating quarters? All of this is ridiculous. Please fix these things as soon as possible.
I moved here because of move in special. Big mistake! Maintenance is slow and they never answer phone. A lot of crime in complex.
