Can we give negative stars? Ugh. Where do I begin? I’ll just start with my most recent problem. My 1/2 bathroom has been 1/2 working for months and no one in that office gives a d**n. But let that rent be late. I’m so ready for my lease to be up so I can get outta here. I’m already packing and have until the end of October. DO NOT MOVE HERE!! Keep your money!!
This place is awful and is just getting worse. Management is rude an tells bare faced lies to scare people into staying!
My son lives in those apartments, just awful. He’s have a leak downstairs bathroom for over six months, floorboards coming up, wall is turning brown and rotting. He’s been to the office for at least three times, and still got the same problem. When he goes they appears concern but never repairs anything. I’ve never seen anything like it in my life... buy you want rent every month...Just pure shameful to not repair what’s needed for the tenant!!!
been here since April 2019 never got the apartment I was promised flooded a few days ago everything is every where and they are just going nothing also the man that lost his cat after the fire your cat is back
0 stars There has been a puddle in our living room for MONTHS! Mold is growing from said puddle! Need I say more. They don’t care about their residents.
I had a colony of rats that would constantly come and chew up my bread and ramen and whatever else they could get and traps wouldn’t work. My AC went out the first month living there and they did come attempt to fix it but it still would just run to 62 when it was set on 72. The toilet seat was nasty and not attached good and the shower was stains and nasty. The entrance to the facilities had major pot holes just like the rest of Jackson so you have to come in going less than...Continue Reading
