Verified Renter Overall I would say its a nice complex, its good if youre looking for something simple but dont want to pay for luxary, they have all the amenities you need and management/maintenance is responsive and polite. Buildings are a little worn down but they keep up with interior renovations well, my only complaint is the occasional cockroaches that pop up every few months but besides that overall its pretty good, neighbors are nice too

Safety issues, poor customer service Stay away from AVANA COACHMAN While the location may seem attractive, it’s not worth the high price you pay for the poor quality and service you receive. The gates are left open 24/7, creating major security issues. The units themselves are poorly maintained. There’s a persistent mold problem that management has failed to address, and the cabinets and appliances are of shockingly low quality. Verified Renter Clean environment, staff is friendly and available. Maintenence always came when requested and majority of times completely fixed issue. Always somewhere to park.

Verified Renter One of the cheapest and best communities in the area. Also has the largest pool in the county. Valet trash 5 days a week. The staff here are great and are always responsive. Very quiet community.
