Verified Renter Absolutely love living here. Location is great for shopping and close to all major roads. The maintenance here is outstanding! Everything is always fixed super quick. The parking is plentiful, and I am obsessed with the pool and hot tub. Current manager is amazing. She resolved my issue quickly and efficiently and was incredibly pleasant. Only issue is my obnoxious upstairs neighbor and we're working on that.
Verified Renter Overall I would say its a nice complex, its good if youre looking for something simple but dont want to pay for luxary, they have all the amenities you need and management/maintenance is responsive and polite. Buildings are a little worn down but they keep up with interior renovations well, my only complaint is the occasional cockroaches that pop up every few months but besides that overall its pretty good, neighbors are nice too

Safety issues, poor customer service Stay away from AVANA COACHMAN While the location may seem attractive, it’s not worth the high price you pay for the poor quality and service you receive. The gates are left open 24/7, creating major security issues. The units themselves are poorly maintained. There’s a persistent mold problem that management has failed to address, and the cabinets and appliances are of shockingly low quality.
