One word. Trash Where to start, consistently inconvenienced, management hires the cheapest and worst outside contractors for building work who have no boundaries including starting demolition at such an early hour people are trying to sleep, let see they want to charge you for everything when almost nothing is nice. Way too expensive for the quality of life you’ll get. Save yourself some trouble and skip this slippery slope

nice on outside, poor construction and unhelpful staff inside have been a resident for 9 months. the staff acts helpful but does not follow up when asked to and will not actually go out of their way to help you. if you have a maintenace request prepare to submit it multiple times. we can hear every one of our upstairs neighbor's footsteps and actions to the point it inhibits sleep. while it is centrally located your view is either "scenic", a highway, or an active railroad. the gate also seems to be permanently broken. do yo... read more
Preious Tennant Sonia Corbiere I lived in the Park of Elland for almost 3 years and always paid my rent on time. I was looking to buy a house, and was constantly reassured by office that, when I found my house and had to potentially break the lease, I would be required to give a proper 60 day notice, pay 60 days worth of rent, and forfeit my deposit. I LOVE the office staff!! I just moved in and absolutely love it! Danielle is the sweetest person that I have met so far in Florida. She was able to put me in a beautiful unit that looks at the pond. Stacy was very helpful and I am so grateful for the nice maintenance staff!
DO NOT move here! The apartment itself was okay (if you don't mind the bad environment where police are constantly being called). Oh, not to mention this is supposed to be a gated community, yet the gate is never locked. Definitely would not recommend any one with kids moving here. On top of all that, the absolute worst part is the woman in the leasing office. She is HORRIBLE. Her name is Danielle. She is very rude and unprofessional. She was even rude to my mother (who only called to ask a question)!
NOT EVEN WORTH A STAR...but there isn't a - NO STAR - option Rental Price sounds appealing from the outside, but stay there a week and you wish you hadn't signed the year lease. ALL that has been shared by the following reviewers has been spot on. I do not recommend this place There is a lot of drug activity in this apartment complex and pool area. I have lived here for a couple months and I really want to leave soon. The police are constantly coming in and out of here. Its a very unsafe neighborhood and I don't recommend it to anybody. And the laundry services they provide here are very dirty and don't work right half the time.
