NOT EVEN WORTH A STAR...but there isn't a - NO STAR - option Rental Price sounds appealing from the outside, but stay there a week and you wish you hadn't signed the year lease. ALL that has been shared by the following reviewers has been spot on. I do not recommend this place There is a lot of drug activity in this apartment complex and pool area. I have lived here for a couple months and I really want to leave soon. The police are constantly coming in and out of here. Its a very unsafe neighborhood and I don't recommend it to anybody. And the laundry services they provide here are very dirty and don't work right half the time.
WORST PLACE I HAVE EVER LIVED! This is one of the absolute worst places that I have ever lived. I have been here for 2 years and am getting ready to move out ASAP. The management personnel is decent but the maintenance staff is absolutely horrible - they have basic groundskeepers that try to fix things. The work orders have always been several months behind. Better look somewhere else First, the good: The apartments are very spacious. I live in one of the 4bed 2.5bath and I have never needed anymore space. The apartments also have an alarm system that works very well and even warns you when there are weather alerts. We've never had problems with the plumbing or electrical that weren't our own fault, so unless you're planning on flushing a whole roll or toilet paper, I wouldn't worry. Terrible Do not live at these apartments. Cars get broken into, apartments get robbed, people get hurt. Overall it is a very unsafe to live. Something always breaks in our apartment and then it takes Oakwood a good 3 weeks or more to fix it. The landlord has no clue what is ever going on and the maintenance man is not even a real maintenance man. Cops come to the neighborhood because there is always some type of criminal mischief. I will NEVER recommend this to anyone.
DO NOT MOVE HERE WORST place ever. The apartments are big, but once you move in you will regret it. The bugs are absolutely awful and their pest control is a joke... Do you like bees, mosquitos, flies, moths and or COCKROACHES? then this is the PLACE for you.OH and the renovations are also a joke. They literally hire people to paint over rotting wood. LOL at that. Moving IMMEDIATELY at the end of my lease. Save your time and money..
Great living The apartment is very spacious with 4brd and 2.5Bth. Its a very nice and quite neighborhood with a pool, gym, and a club house. The building manager are very friendly and always help when there's a problem. I Would definitely recommend to other people and college students who looking for affordable living.
Great Place It's a wonderful complex. The management is accessible and easy to deal with . Maintenance seems to be right on top of any mayor jobs. The community is very friendly.
The Park at Elland They have upgraded the apts and have great floor plans with large walk in Closets and lots of Storage outside.
