Verified Renter DON'T move here. Ownership/Management is inept and treats tenants as commodities. Do you like rats; well then come on and move in then because there are plenty that run across your balcony. The use of the Association fallacy is somehow seen as justification for allowing vermin to access to residences....what a joke.

Verified Renter Avana Coachman is a family friendly community. i have lived here 3 weeks now and love the amenities. the pool is always clean for my kids to swim. and the gym is very well maintained. i also love that valet trash is offered at my new community. and the upgrades that are going on look amazing. i cant wait to see what it looks like when it is completed.

Awful Lady in the office did not complete our application and was very unprofessional. All other reviews online say they have rats and roaches problems

Verified Renter I moved to the Avana Coachman in Clearwater at the end of April and have met wonderful friends. It truly is a community, with the pool and jacuzzi being the hub of where to meet everyone to either enjoy the pool on a hot day, or watch a beautiful FL sunset. Its super pet friendly and conscious. I enjoy watching all the dogs and getting to pet a few. The location is great and close to everything from parks to shopping, beaches, and beautiful Dunedin. Im quite happy to call it home.
