Verified Renter I have truly enjoyed lving in Avana Coachman. I enjoy my apartment, the laundry room is a must, and I appreciate that they take care of the landscape. I also appreciate their goal to recycle.
Verified Renter i like the location of the place and the pool area is nice ... when it's open and works. they always schedule pool closure/repairs once it becomes pool season again which is extremely frustrating. The office staff are not friendly. if you're going to work with the public, you'd think basic respect and communication skills would come into play, but not with these people.
Verified Renter I am only giving as much as a 2 star because I loved the scenery and location. Other than that, it was not a pleasing living experience. No communication. Terrible maintenance skills. So glad to be moving.

That decision was made, when an elderly resident that just happened to be in the office, (during my initial visit), turned around in her chair and wishpered, "you are going to love it here." Verified Renter Absolutely love living here. Location is great for shopping and close to all major roads. The maintenance here is outstanding! Everything is always fixed super quick. The parking is plentiful, and I am obsessed with the pool and hot tub. Current manager is amazing. She resolved my issue quickly and efficiently and was incredibly pleasant. Only issue is my obnoxious upstairs neighbor and we're working on that.
