Read reviews Before you Move Here!!!! This is by far the WORST Apartment complex I have ever lived it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Pest control is horrible and anything you name it is HERE!!!! Office staff doesn’t care at all.. Literally everyone is complaining I should have listen before I moved here!!!! NEVER EVER AGAIN!!!!!!!! If I could I would give it 0 stars !!!
This apartment complex is HORRIBLE!! I would and can not recommend anyone renting from this company. The staff need additional training in customer service. Ebony yells and over talk the residents without allowing them to speak. Maintanence is often a no show leaving residents to deal with broken appliances, broken air units or flooded units. The staff is unable or UNWILLING to provide information regarding the ower or parenting company. The have no knowledge or so they pretend to not know who writes their checks. Please do ... read more
Rude staffing unprofessional with handling business but be quick to take your money

Don’t even give them YOUR time of the day. It’s to the point where I’m just going to break my lease soon. Constant break-ins (some dealing with drugs, others just to take from others), car break-ins, fires, shootings (someone died last week here), water shuts off without no warning. Not a place to rest your head at night. The management, Sherry Howard to be exact, if you have a job.. DO IT! Inform staff about trash for couple of days and still no results. The former tenants have vacated but left their trash; gnats and rodents are being attracted to the trash
reposed for a friend "When I say don’t ever rent from The Park at Callington/Carlyle please listen. I have been gone for 6 months and have had nothing but trouble from them since I have left. They placed a bill that I never received from them into collections, and it is causing me so many issues with trying to get approved for a home loan. The bill was paid when I got the collection notice, I paid in the office, but they didn’t update the collection service. Just received a notice from a bill collector 5 months after I moved out stating I owe past due rent. I paid in full and confirmed before I turned in my keys. Live in your car before moving here, you will be better off!
