This place is horrific!! Since day one I've had nothing but problems! But the past two weeks has really cause me to step out of character... My apartment unit has been without air for the past two weeks and has yet to be repaired. I have a two month old baby and I work from home, so just imagen trying to work with fussy baby in a 80 degree apartment and it's 90+ degrees out side! My apt wasn’t move in ready. I have been fixing things and cleaning every since I moved in which was sept 4. Also there was sewage leaking since move in day. Also there was a mass shooting. My place was a crime scene emergency maintenance never came out until later the next day to replace the patio door bc bullets broke the glass. In the living room alone I have 15 bullet holes. Worst first apartment experience !! On top of my google reviews , I recently called after a long day of work trying to get in contact with the maintenance office which they don’t have a number to call and the man in the background on the phone has told the person I was talking to to just go down there without an apology or anything they are very unprofessional and rude and don’t give a care in the world about your safety or any concerns about our apartment !!
My bathroom is flooding as we speak and the emergency maintenance has not responded to me at all tonight.
THESE NASTY TOILETS IN FRONT OF PEOPLE DOORS THAT IS A HEALTHCODE VIOLATION PEOPLE CAN GET SICK AND THE PEOPLE IN THE RENT OFFICE DO NOT CARE AND THEY WILL LIE TO YOU AND ON YOU PLEASE GET BETTER PEOPLE IN THE OFFICE. THEY NEVER DO NOTHING ON TIME BUT WANT THEIR RENT ON TIME. SHERYL CONSTANCE ARE FAKE AND THEY ARE HABITUAL LIARS
DO NOT RENT FROM THEM OR ANY CONTOUR PROPERTIES!
My heat has being out all December and they so call came to fix twice in it was never fixed . it’s literally under 60Degrees in my apartment..
