No hot water for 9 days it comes on Easter and is off the next day and has been since i wrote this. I am 66 years old with serious health problems and when you ask about the hot water they become confrontational and threatened me. The police came and i filed verbal threat charges and along comes the same officer saying now they want to file charges on me a 66 year old man with a pacemaker and quadruple bypass i have trouble walking much less threatening 2 young maintenance men. I have dealt with apartments before but this tops the height of being BIZZARE. The level of incompetence and outright greed is appalling. If they can't spare enough money to train and re-train the employees and the one-man corporate Stacey Y** or Stacy Y**, the obtuse manager Danielle R****** and ignorant ex-employee, Nataly M*******, then people will keep losing money. Ms. ****** was a resident in apartment #4202 at Park Place Apartments. On September 8, 2020, Ms. ****** called and asked to speak to a former employee; she was informed the employee no longer worked for the company. She then stated she was to turn in keys that day and that she had provided a Notice to Vacate to the former employee. We informed her that we did not have a 60 day notice to vacate listed and she told the office that the notice was sent via email. I am a resident of **** ******* Residences in Dallas, Texas. The office management team at this location has been the worst management team i have ever experienced. I have lived downtown for 21 years and have never seen such incompetence in a management and leasing team, in particular Michelle ******** the Office Manager. 1. When we re-signed our lease, Kym, the office leasing person advised that parking was included in our rent. Terrible customer service my deposit check was stolen from me in the mail but every time I would call Corporatethey constantly tell me they will email me or call me back they never do the Supervisor is all ways busy everytime I would call they actually block my emails and block terrible way to treat A potential tendon

Absolutely the worst people on earth. Reserve at Whiterock flooded my apartment and had the audacity to not refund my entire deposit. Worst management I have ever seen. Never offered to do anything when THEY flooded my apartment. Beyond horrible.

While Reserve at White Rock does and did already apologize to Ms. ***** for the incident, Reserve at White Rock did not flood her apartment intentionally. The apartment above Ms. ***** experienced a leak due to an incident involving a sprinkler head being replaced. While the incident was taking place, the Reserve at White Rock staff went into her apartment and started moving some of Ms. *****'s belongings to try to prevent damage to any of her items. I've read through the previous reviews, and Sunridge Mgmt's replies. I seriously doubt they followed up with anyone. They certainly have not with me. I have the dissatisfaction of living at The Parc at Denham Springs. I've been trying to get some sort of resolution to a bank error with my December rent. I have a letter from my bank stating it was not run; Mgmt has taken until now (end of February) to decide that they don't care, and I will be forced to pay late fees, and NSF fees. Parc at Denham Springs uses a third party platform, Realpage Payment Services, to process on line payments and scanned check payments. SunRidge requested that Realpage Payment Service investigate into if the payment was processed correctly with Realpage Payment Services at which they replied the it was done correctly and that the resident should contact her bank to see why her bank refused to release or process the payment. Sunridge Management owns the apartments I will be moving out of soon. The property is great, and the staff at the property are great (The Reserve at White Rock). Sunridge, however, is horrible when it comes to raising rents at renewal. After one year, they offered me renewal at a 30% increase. My friend lives at The Parc in Wylie, also a Sunridge property. They offered her a renewal at a $400 dollar increase per month. This is disgustingly ridiculous. They lure you in with reasonable rates just to put you in a financial burd... read more

Very impersonal practices are utilized within this organization. This business uses an unethical and unfair pricing methodology for pricing. The rental agreement renewal rates and rental rates are completely inconsistent from one tenant to another. The basis for rental rates comes from a computer "algorithm" system I was advised. The staff isn't as friendly and helpful as one would desire from a community as such. You get a decent but internally average apartment with marked up rent and attitude from management. Her lease ended on 2/26/19 and transitioned over to a month to month lease. Her original renewal offer was given on 12/21/18, allowing over two months to renew the lease with the given offers and lock in the rates at that time.
