I had a horrible experience with renting an apartment from the Sunridge Management company in *********, ********* called **************************. Corporate Representative ******************************* and the Property Manager for **************************, *********************************** were extremely difficult to work with. Not at all worth the price. The gate is never working which has lead to theft, parking lot harassment, dumpster divers, illegal dumpers, and parking issues. They say they close at 6pm, but their office is regularly closed well before 5pm. Their urgent maintenance line is a jokethey left me with broken ac for two weeks. DO NOT LIVE HERE.
DO NOT RENT HERE. Prospective renters BEWARE. Predatory business practices. They will overcharge to keep deposit. They kept my deposit for two things that were already broken at my time of moving in. The property manager said they changed the floor before I moved in and that is a completely flat lie because that floor was already in very bad shape by the time I moved in. Runnnnplease dont rent from **************** in *******. Their management as well as ************************* in their corporate office doesnt return calls and sends out mistaken invoices and doesnt take accountability. I hate to even give one star just so I can post this comment.
Do not stay here. This was the apartment I moved into. Maintenance does not fix issues, including mold/mildew in the cabinet areas. Upon moving out and paying all fees, they put me into collections 4 months later with no notice and no list of charges. They had my new address on file and failed to notify. Spent 3 days deep cleaning before moving all of our things in. Management refuses to respond. My journey started with Rosemont Apartments in Georgetown, SC around December-ish 2022. I spoke with the property manger - Cindy about trying to apply for an apartment. At first - she was very professional and helpful. So - I'm in disbelief that I'm even having to write this post. This management group is horrible never returning calls or emails also ignoring calls tried contacting them after trying to get my air conditioner fixed at spyglass of ennis the proper way I come home to the ac/heater not working at all then I try to heat or cool my apartment and it ends up running up my electric to a outrages number because it is outdated and broken the apartment complex is supposed to be a gated community the gates work a quarter of the time and allow for break-ins do not ever use this management company b... read more

Predatory business practices. They will overcharge to keep deposit. They change parking requirements every few months without proper notification which results in towing of vehicles on lease. Ineffectual maintenance on property resulted in no hot water for over a month.
