horrible management . pest is unbelievably everywhere , in the lights , in the carpets , in beds , food , cabinets , jours .

My brother lived at Abode Red Rock (Sunridge Management Group parent company) in Las Vegas for over a year. He suffered from mental illness and was evicted during the moratorium on evictions - in May of 2021. He hadn't paid rent in almost 3 months. He lived on the street for 6 weeks. He collapsed and passed away from heat stroke on a 115 degree day in Las Vegas on June 17. His internal temp was 106.5 degrees. So I was staying over with a friend at the eagle crossing apartments (managed by sun ridge properties). I used their online parking registration website to register my car at 12:43am. We checked that the car was successfully registered before we went to bed. I wake up at 10 am, to find my car gone. I can NOT get anyone to call me back. We had an issue at one of the properties that I need to be resolved and NO ONE will call me back... and it's about getting money back so if I was thinking about renting from ANY of their places I would think twice and also look at all the BAD reviews... There is a REASON for them.

This company is so UNPROFESSIONAL. The staff at ***** Crossing Apartments at **** **** **** ****** road. With the exception of LaShell And Sharlett who have been helpful.
