I would normally rate this facility higher, however after taking my fur babies there today to get groomed, I was informed that my newest addition and rescue, Bella, is unable to attend the Daycare Camp do to her breed. She is about 7 months old with the sweetest demeanor. So loving and affectionate especially considering what all she had been through. So because The Palms discriminates against her breed, I will no longer be taking any of my dogs there.
First time boarding our fur babies in six years. Just picked them up and you could tell how great a time and how great care was taken of them. The staff is amazing staying in touch with us on our trip as one of our dogs is diabetic and wasn't eating like her norm. They kept us up to date and deferred to our wishes on her dosing even taking her to the vet next door to get her glucose checked. Can't thank and recommend them enough.

We are glad both of them had a good time! Aerynson loved the staff next poor too. She kept looking at them like "hey, who said you could stop petting me?" while we waited for the glucose check. Lol

They take great care of our puppies Cynnamon Spice and Mocha.
I have been taking my puppy, Rubicon, to Palms for the last seven years. Wonderful, caring staff! They treat my girl like she was their own....thank you Palms, you're the best!!!
Love the doggie playcare program. Tara, Stephanie, Taylor and staff are awesome. I know that they care about my pup Oliver and that he is in good hands. I have a perminant Wednesday booking at the Palms!
