We took our puppy to get groomed as we always have and poor thing was cut so bad around her tail and hip area. When I called they basically told me that it was normal when a dog has to be shaved for cuts to appear on their skin. I understand that it may happen but at least let the pet owner know when pet is being picked up. Groomer was very rude!! We are having to take our puppy to the vet because it's getting worse and she's isn't acting herself!!!!! We won't be going there again. And to think we have left our dogs there fo... read more
We absolutely love the Palms! The staff, trainers, owner all love and care about the pets. We have been leaving our dog with them since we got him six years ago. We never worry can always look at him via cam provided in play area and can call anytime to check on him. The quality of care, personal concern by all staff and management can not be compared anywhere in San Antonio or Helotes TX! Thank you Palms!

I love The Palms. I feel comfortable leaving my difficult babies there.
My dog Cora has attended daycare here since she was a puppy! Today was her last day as we are moving, and I can't help but think I will never find a daycare as amazing as this one! We have never had any problems and Cora LOVES going to daycare. The staff is so sweet and great with the dogs. We will miss you, Palms!!

I filed a complaint with the BBB and The Palm never responded/made a good faith effort to settle the dispute. BLUF: Inconsistent facility rules (verbal) by front desk staff member; General Manager (John McGhee) lack of acknowledgement/emotional intelligence and blatant disregard for me (a prepaid customer) when I attempted to speak to him regarding my concerns.
