My pup, Sailor, has been visiting the Palms for almost 2 years now. He frequents PlayCare, grooming & has attended training classes & I can only find GREAT things to share about the establishment & their incredible staff. They are happy to see Sailor when I drop him off, knowledgeable when I have a question about a behavior, & dedicated. I find great joy knowing that my furry baby is in such great hands when I’m at work. I highly recommend checking it out! ���

I was worried that Nikki wouldn't fit in or get along with the others. But the staff today took such great care of my baby. I left there crying this morning - her first day of day care....very scary for both of us. But Madison and the staff took such great care of my baby!!!! She's give out and happy, made new friends and found out she likes to go swimming :-) What a wonderful place, I can't thank you all enough!!! HUGS!!!!!

I cannot say enough great things about The Palms! Our pup Bexar attended a two week board and train and we were so happy about the entire experience. Irma is wonderful and knows her stuff. She communicated well and made us feel confident in leaving him there for two weeks. She was proactive in training him and training us, which makes the difference. We started a training class & now he is attending PlayCare with The Palms! We are so happy with our experience here and will recommend Irma & The Palms to all of our pup friends... read more
We've been taking Maggie Mae to The Palms since she was born, 2011! We've used the training classes when she was younger and now she goes to Doggie Playcare a couple of times a month!! We can tell when she needs to "run with the pack"!! She comes homes totally exhausted but very happy!! Maggie also gets groomed while she's there, so she comes home clean and pretty, too!! Try it out!! You'll love it!!

Great place. We having been coming her since May and the staff takes great care of not just Birdie but all of the dogs. They have a real passion for animals.

I am a disabled vet with serious health issues so when we decided to get a puppy it was with caution we proceeded. The puppy was out of control so we decided to enroll him in a two week training program with Irma Bice at the Palms. When Mojo returned home I was flabbergasted about how well he behaved and his quick response to commands. He is still rough in some areas but he is amazing. Thank you so much for the effort and the results. It was a bargain at twice the price to have a wonderful experience with man's best friend.
