RecommendedMy puppy loves the spa services he received here. He is a nervous puppy and I have to commend the kind and caring staff. We were so impressed that we signed him up for puppy school. My two dogs suffer from extreme anxiety, and the staff takes such great care and provide so much love, affection, and understanding that my girls get so excited as soon as i pull up.
We've been coming here for approx. 8 years for boarding, grooming and recently Dog/puppy training classes. All I can add is these are truly caring people who really enjoy our pets. I get tail wags every time we go and that tells me all I need to now! Happy dogs!
Love the way they groom my cocker spaniel. The obedience training is awesome!
Typically good from what I can see but terrible customer service from John this will be our last visit. I havent been spoken to so rudely in many years and if this is your customer facing employee we are done. Its his way or the highway, he never gives the opportunity to speak because he apparently is never wrong and does not take the time to even understand what happened before claiming he is right. We highly recommend the Palms Day Care program and their puppy training with Irma. We had a very shy puppy and after training and daycare she has become a very confident, well-behaved and playful puppy. The staff is very kind and patient with the pets and pet parents.
As an employee and a customer, I HIGHLY recommend the palms. Great customer service and absolutely AMAZING training classes! Irma is the best there is and I’ll never go anywhere else!
The Staff are very professional, helpful and gentle in checking in my pet. They were careful to check my pets vaccinations and boosters, even taking the time to contact my pet Vet if there were any questions. I felt comfortable leaving my pet in their care. I recommend The Palms Pet Resort & Spa.
The staff is amazing, the playcare areas are well kept and my dog absolutely loves it! I’ve been taking my dog to The Palms regularly for the last year for playcare and it is by far her most favorite place away from home. We have taken advantage of their boarding and grooming services and have yet to be disappointed. Keep up the good work!
