I believe the Doctors are the best, trying to communicate with the staff is nonexistent ! They will not return calls ! They will hardly accept calls, after three hours of calling and leaving messages I finally talked to someone.
RecommendedI was seen immediately by Dr. JT Davis due to a thumb laceration injury. I was sent to Dr. Steven Young for surgery consult and was set for the surgery quickly for the repair. Staff was great and the surgery went well. On to therapy now. Thank you again.
was going to see Dr. Adams, tried to schedule an appointment for next time. The lady in the front office said that we needed to pay all of the remaining balance from the surgery,$10,000 now or I couldn't be seen again. So I am going to Vanderbilt. Really need to have ankle replacement, hopefully sooner than later.
Over and hour wait for results of a MRI! No one has time for that! Absurd
