Britney Arnold is the PA in the Urgent Care, very nice and was very pleased with her care, from that point on it went down hill. I have been waiting almost 2 weeks to get an mri scheduled. I was told they have 11 doctors and it was the end of the year was the reason for the delay and the department was backed up. If this is the case then you need to hire more help. The recording says as you sit on hold that they can get to you quickly and get an mri sometimes the same day. That’s surely not the truth. Very disappointed so fa... read more
Do you know I have to be in excruciating pain to go to the doctor doctor, what a JOKE I GO TO THE WALK IN ORTHOPEDIC CLINIC HERE AND You WONT SEE ME WITHOUT A REFERRAL FROM MY REGULAR DOCTOR BECAUSE THE WALK-IN ONLY HAS A PA AND INS PURPOSES THEY CANT SEE ME WITHOUT A REFERRAL but you advertise you don’t need a referral What a waste of my time!!!!!!
