RecommendedBritney Arnold is the PA in the Urgent Care, very nice and was very pleased with her care, from that point on it went down hill. I have been waiting almost 2 weeks to get an mri scheduled. I was told they have 11 doctors and it was the end of the year was the reason for the delay and the department was backed up. If this is the case then you need to hire more help. RecommendedWHERE ELSE CAN YOU HAVE AN APPOINTMENT AT 1:10PM ALMOST 80 MILES AWAY AND BE BACK HOME AT 3:15??? AND THIS WAS AFTER SEEING THE DR. TWICE BECAUSE HE WANTED XRAYS TODAY TOO. I LOVE ME SOME "ORTHOPEDIC INSTITUTE, DR. STEPHEN JACKSON, SHELLY, THE 2 NEWBIES "NATE AND KAITLYN", AND ALLLLL OF THE STAFF THERE"!! I HAVE NEVER LOOKED FORWARD TO GOING TO THE DR. the waiting room staff is rude. one bathroom for 100 people and it's nasty. always half hour to an hour past your appt time!! big name but that's all you have!!#
Answer your phone. And let the hospital know NOT to send patients if their primary doctor has to refer them even if they are seen in the E.R. Glad I didn't waste my money going there to get turned around because I have a medical card where I have to see my primary b4 I see them. GUess I will just be in pain for another three weeks😤😡😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭 THis is so frustrating back to the E. R I GO
There is no way it takes 3 weeks to get MRI results done in your facility! And you want to treat something you are unsure of before reviewing the results! And I’m the difficult one to ask for it done differently?! The doctors may be awesome at their jobs but the way everything else is run especially pain management is horrible!!!
Do you know I have to be in excruciating pain to go to the doctor doctor, what a JOKE I GO TO THE WALK IN ORTHOPEDIC CLINIC HERE AND You WONT SEE ME WITHOUT A REFERRAL FROM MY REGULAR DOCTOR BECAUSE THE WALK-IN ONLY HAS A PA AND INS PURPOSES THEY CANT SEE ME WITHOUT A REFERRAL but you advertise you don’t need a referral What a waste of my time!!!!!!

RecommendedDr. DeWeese is awesome! I had a total knee replacement on Oct. 2, 2018 and couldn't be more satisified. After a week I no longer had to use a walker to get around. After two weeks I could bend the knee 110 degrees. Had I known the surgery would have gone so well, I would have done it earlier.
