This place is the worst possible option for care in Western Ky. Very unprofessional. Just pulled my son out of school 45 mins away and drove to Paducah when the receptionist “Heather” proceeded to tell me that his appt was for the 22nd when we had gotten a text confirmation the day prior of the appt for today the 16th. Rather than telling me they screwed up she just told me itvwas the wrong appt. very rudely.
