My 6-year old broke his leg and we were at TOC for over 3 hours (and saw Dr all of two minutes). A few days later, he hurt it again and they wouldn't get us in for two days to recheck, so we switched to another provider. Now they are billing us for an "all-inclusive" visit & follow-up (that we never did) and after WEEKS of calling and requesting to speak to office manager and leaving voicemails, still nothing. I went here for a second opinion and first visit I waited 1hour 45min to Dr Davis. Next appointment I was told it would be over a hour wait again. I had my grandson who is 3 so I left and wont return.
Couldn't ask for better doctors especially Dr. Maples. Thank God he was able to fix my sons knee after having a freak accident here at home.
I would not recommend TOC. I’ve been a patient of one of the Spinal Physicians there since 2012 for Cervical Spinal Stenosis. Over the last year, I’ve grown more and more uncomfortable with the “care” being given. The Dr. I was seeing is always over booked, can only spend a minute or two with you, doesn’t have time to answer questions, and rushes away as fast as possible. Dr. Thomason and team are wonderful! He fixed our back injury after many months going elsewhere! I highly recommend him!
I have been going to the TOC since 2004 when Dr Joseph Clark did the first of three surgeries he performed over the years on me! ALWAYS treated with the most professional & caring way one could ask for! Have seen other Drs for consults & have had some therapy as well....always more than pleased with the treatment plan!
