They been ducking me around for a month now. Set up appointment for spinal injection and wait almost 3 weeks and halfway through the day today, the day before my procedure; they call me and want to reschedule due to my insurance not approving the procedure. So I immediately call my insurance company and they tell me that they approved the order on the 8th! Four days before they called me! Wth? Straight up lied to me. Doctor I saw was top notch, no complaints, but their office billing / appointments people are just awful to deal with. Will never go back for any reason at all.
I had a 830 appointment, I was told to be there at 745. I left at 930 without seeing a Doctor. Their motto is Highly Skilled Specialist...World Class Care, not true.
I had to go to someone else for my broken foot after not being treated well by TOC-Huntsville. My foot is still not healed properly because the TOC refused to do surgery, but another doctor helped as much as he could after the fact. Now my adult son is being harassed by TOC because he was in an accident last July, and under TOC’s own orders has been unable to work. Clearly not a competent organization. I've has no end of problems with my knee pain treatment. First was referred there and Dr Wills said I was just getting old. I had to get another external Dr to order a MRI to prove to the OTC that something was wrong with my knee. Now, they say I'm supposed to have a repair procedure in 3 days but won't tell me when/where to show up so I can arrange transportation. I'm now sitting here after 7+ months of knee pain and I can't get them to do anything useful for me. Clearly I need to go to... read more
