I wasn't impressed at all with my visit today...nearly 2 hrs wait time with 15 mins of patient "care"- only to be told that I have to come back in 6 weeks due to my insurance not paying for MRI until we tried "conservative" treatment which ive already been doing for 8 weeks...it felt more like an assembly line than a Drs office- I feel like the office is just too big to care for each individual patient like a smaller office would

I would recommend TOC. Dr. Goodson was able to do surgery on my knee after a knee replacement in January. My knee is better than it was and I wish I had went there for the first surgery. The TOC therapy in Athens is Great. Thanks to Brad Romine.
I have had to use the services of TOC many times over the last few years. All my doctors and their staff are wonderful! The physical therapy people I have had the pleasure of helping me get through the various surgeries are also excellent. I have used the TOC offices mainly in Madison, except maybe for a first visit after surgery and have gone to the Huntsville office. They too are there for you as well. My Dr is Dr. Maples. He is very good AND his nurse Ashley is excellent. I could not ask for a better nurse. Every time I call she calls me right back and keeps me updated on everything. I love this place. Thank you all for your hard work.
