DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME The customer service was horrible when you had a complaint. These people talk in circles and will admit NOTHING. We paid good money for an expensive mattress and got an unbalanced, uncomfortabe piece of garbage. We tried talking to the salesman where we made our purchase and he even admitted to having had other consumer complaints but could not help us. We went out to the "factory" and it was a nightmare. Bring on the Middle Man I purchased 2 twin sets about 4 years ago and both are worn out. I have a 20 year old mattress that is in better shape. One twin bed my 7 year old has been using since it was new. This was his first bed after he got out of a crib at 3 and it hasn't held up at all. I flip it on a regular basis and it still has sags in it. It is lumpy and uncomfortable. The other one was used by an adult and it is in the same shape. Mr. & Mrs. Purchased a mattress at the salepersons recommendation. (first wrong step.) Realized once it was home that it was not complimentary to the bed we had just purchased for our two year old. The company would NOT exchange the new bed still in plastic 5 minutes post delivery. Furthermore, Todd Kessler (state road service rep) was very snide and rude during our phone call. Will not use OMF service again. Buyer beware....
Happy Customer Bought a custom made 3/4 size mattress and box spring approximately 11 years ago. It is the most comfortable bed in the house. Because of some extremely hard use and staining on behalf of the user, I have decided to replace the mattress. I will definitely go back to OMF. Just the Best We have purchased 4 sets from these kind folks over the years. All have performed exceptionally well & are still in service, three here & one set in Texas. Our queen sized Ortho Extra Firm that is 10 years old looks like new. The only reason we replaced it was our son took his set to Dallas. So instead of buying a new set for the guest room, we moved out old ones, & bought an identical set. We did have an issue with the box spring on set #1, OMF replace it, no charge & no hassle. Dont cut corners on service Too many times we see salesman who don't follow-up or stay in contact with their clients. They're nothing but clerks.
Horrible! Horrible! I bought one of the top of their line and was in pain after the first day. They said they have a no return policy...saying that even though GA has no law against it, they "choose" to follow the stricter laws of other states. I have been literally sleeping on the floor(!) until my new mattress arrives from their competitor.
Good price We purchased our bed from Original Mattress Factory. The prices were much less expensive than other stores in the area. They mattress was delivered within a couple of days to our satisfaction.
The Original Mattress Factory The salesperson took his time and reviewed all information about each different type of mattress with us. He encouraged us to shop around. We never felt pressure to make a decision or buy from him. We ended up shopping around at a number of stores after here and returned to purchase our new mattress from this store. They were very helpful with set-up and delivery and send a reminder quarterly via email when it is time to flip our mattress.
