Mr. & Mrs. Purchased a mattress at the salepersons recommendation. (first wrong step.) Realized once it was home that it was not complimentary to the bed we had just purchased for our two year old. The company would NOT exchange the new bed still in plastic 5 minutes post delivery. Furthermore, Todd Kessler (state road service rep) was very snide and rude during our phone call. Will not use OMF service again. Buyer beware....

Happy Customer Bought a custom made 3/4 size mattress and box spring approximately 11 years ago. It is the most comfortable bed in the house. Because of some extremely hard use and staining on behalf of the user, I have decided to replace the mattress. I will definitely go back to OMF. The mattress I originally got is no longer made so I am off the store to test what options are available for a firm bed. I have no doubt I will find just what I am looking for. Just the Best We have purchased 4 sets from these kind folks over the years. All have performed exceptionally well & are still in service, three here & one set in Texas. Our queen sized Ortho Extra Firm that is 10 years old looks like new. The only reason we replaced it was our son took his set to Dallas. So instead of buying a new set for the guest room, we moved out old ones, & bought an identical set. We did have an issue with the box spring on set #1, OMF replace it, no charge & no hassle. Dont cut corners on service Too many times we see salesman who don't follow-up or stay in contact with their clients. They're nothing but clerks.

Was skeptical, but 100% satisfied I bought 4 bed sets for my cabin on Kelley's Island, and I thought the sales presentation was well-done, the prices very reasonable, but most important, everyone comments on how well they sleep! At my primary home, we have a very expensive foam mattress,and it is not as comfortable as what we got at Original. We've had them for 3 years, can't complain at all.

Mr. Had bad experience with sagging in the middle of a queen pillow top. Did not use this specific location, use South Blvd. Charlotte, NC. Bed only lasted 1 and 1/2 years before the body impression kept me up and bed started to give me terrible back ache and would wake up feeling like I was hit by a bus in the morning. I wouldn't give it a second thought The Original Mattress Factory is a great business around here. We have purchased many beds from them over the years and have always been happy with the quality. Their prices are like no others, cutting out the middle man and passing the savings to you. Their mattresses are comparable to Serta and others for a much lower price. You can even watch them make the bedding at their factory in the stores.

The Original Mattress Factory The Original Mattress Factory is a really cool place to watch a mattress get made. To me that's about the only thing I would feel safe doing at the Original Mattress Factory. The salespeople seemed a little bit shady, or else too pushy. Maybe it was just me but it felt like when I left, there was going to be a police raid on the store at any minute. The commercials make the place look really nice and safe, which it is, it's just the people that make you feel uncomfortable.
