poor customer service we bought a new twin mattress for our daughter but he person building the day bed told us to buy a full mattress we found out the next day and we called to return it but they wouldnt take it back even as we had not opened the bag yet. it was untouched!!!!! never slept on!!!!! si i went and bought a new one from a competitor and a new queen mattress while i was there. dont shop there.
Horrible piece of junk!!!! Do not buy from the Original mattress Factory!!! We purchased a mattress that was expensive and can't sleep on it. The sales person was not knowlegable in what we were looking for. The mattress has a giant hill that goes up in the middle and it slopes off on either side. So depending on what side you are sleeping on you either roll up hill or down hill. My husband actually fell off the side of the bed in the middle of the night!! They are very fair I am a former employee of OMF. I have read many of these reviews, and I don't understand why many of the consumers have not contacted OMF about the problems they are having. They have a 12 year full warranty on their Orthopedic line, and a ten year warranty on their middle of the road line (Regency and Legacy line). Steady prices One aspect of buying at OMF that I particularly liked is the consistency of their prices. It took me over a month to shop around and when I went back to the OMF store to make my purchase, the price was the same as a month earlier. No discounts of inflated prices, no gimmicks, no haggle.
Saggy middle We purchased a king pillow top mattress set and after 3 years the mattress sags horribly. It is very uncomfortable in the morning trying to get out of bed with aches and pains. We had made a habit of turning both mattress and box spring, per company instructions...didn't work. We will not purchase another one.
original mattress on state rd The service inside was great, but once they get your money the service from the warehouse is lousy. The kids that were supposed to help me & my sister load the car just stood like two bumps on a log, while 50 year old women loaded the car instead!

Reliable, hassle-free and NO BEDBUGS! After doing some research before buying a mattress and learning about the bedbug outbreak and what a hassle getting rid of the pests can be and then learning about how most mattress companies only re-sleeve used mattresses returned by dissatisfied customers, I was pretty hesitant about buying a mattress. Original Mattress Factory is nightmare Bought a not so cheap mattress that is in horrible shape. They don't stand behind the warranty at all. I wish I would have bought elsewere for cheaper. Never buy from Original Mattress Factory.
