Mr. & Mrs. Purchased a mattress at the salepersons recommendation. (first wrong step.) Realized once it was home that it was not complimentary to the bed we had just purchased for our two year old. The company would NOT exchange the new bed still in plastic 5 minutes post delivery. Furthermore, Todd Kessler (state road service rep) was very snide and rude during our phone call. Will not use OMF service again. Buyer beware....
Bring on the Middle Man I purchased 2 twin sets about 4 years ago and both are worn out. I have a 20 year old mattress that is in better shape. One twin bed my 7 year old has been using since it was new. This was his first bed after he got out of a crib at 3 and it hasn't held up at all. I flip it on a regular basis and it still has sags in it. It is lumpy and uncomfortable. The other one was used by an adult and it is in the same shape. original mattress on state rd The service inside was great, but once they get your money the service from the warehouse is lousy. The kids that were supposed to help me & my sister load the car just stood like two bumps on a log, while 50 year old women loaded the car instead! Would not recommend this company. Even the manager of the warehouse was rude.

I wouldn't give it a second thought The Original Mattress Factory is a great business around here. We have purchased many beds from them over the years and have always been happy with the quality. Their prices are like no others, cutting out the middle man and passing the savings to you. Their mattresses are comparable to Serta and others for a much lower price. You can even watch them make the bedding at their factory in the stores.
INSULTS THE INTELLIGENCE OF THE CONSUMER Called CS Rep. out twice reg. Ultra Plush Mattress INDENTATIONS. All they do is talk and absolutely nothing is done bec. it cannot be fixed. THEY DO NOT DISCLOSE BEFORE PURCHASE ABOUT INDENTATIONS, which will happen and leave you with a mattress with two sides of indentations and a high valley in the middle (picture that for room decor)!!!!Warranty they say is at their discretion. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, MATTRESS, AND COMPANY!!!!!
Terrible customer service Very frustrating people to deal with. I've bought original mattress beds for years, and am going elsewhere for my next purchase. They came in, took the plastic off the bed without permission, and now that the bed does not fit the store manager mike says they will not take it back. I get that no one wants a returned bedspring, but how about you don't take the plastic off and call the factory when there is an issue! Don't be fooled by the hype! HATE IT!!!!! Bad mattress, bad "post" customer service. Do yourself a HUGE favor and buy from a merchant that has a comfort guarantee, or from a warehouse club with a GREAT return policy.
Horrible piece of junk!!!! Do not buy from the Original mattress Factory!!! We purchased a mattress that was expensive and can't sleep on it. The sales person was not knowlegable in what we were looking for. The mattress has a giant hill that goes up in the middle and it slopes off on either side. So depending on what side you are sleeping on you either roll up hill or down hill. My husband actually fell off the side of the bed in the middle of the night!!
