I HIGHLY recommend the Orchid Nest. I took a Grandma Refresher class with Lori at their beautiful "cottage facility" in downtow Delray last night and found the information delivered by Lori (complete with Power Point Presentation) to be 10X more than my expectations. Lorie is very knowledgeable and informative. Last night I was able to take the Grandparents class at The Orchid Nest. This class far exceeded my expectations in many ways. The material that Lorie presented was extremely thorough and the content was completely fascinating. I loved learning about all of the latest research about pregnancy, childbirth and babies. Julie was the absolute best!! I had a rough pregnancy and she was there every step of the way. She would always respond and send articles of information for any crazy questions I would have. She has a gentle soul and a kind heart. She was supportive of all my choices. I have seen her since the birth and consider her a friend. Couldn’t have gone through process without her. Highly recommend her.
Baby Sloane Almeida was born on 4/13/19 at 4:43 a.m. My husband and I are forever grateful for all of the knowledge we learned taking hypnobirthing classes and for the assistance of our amazing Doula, Delainey.
Don’t recommend this place! They are just after your money! I have delivered my baby in less than 3 hours and the hospital didn’t allow me to have the bath tube as I would not have enough time. I called Orchid Nest requesting a solution on the “ non refundable policy” as it wasn’t my fault and of course they could check everything with the hospital... Absolutely loved taking Hypnobirthing classes at The Orchid Nest. Lori shared lots of information in a way that allowed us to research and make decisions best for our family.
