Fantastic!!! One of the best dining experiences of my life.
Excellent food, excellent service, and excellent atmosphere. The Optimist is the place to be. I plan to go back many many times and bring my friends. Kudos.
first trip was solid 5 star. second was reopening day post-fire so there were glitches I won't hold against the joint. only consistent complaint is a couple otherwise great sides were on the too-salty side.
I like the open space in the main dining area. High ceiling, with an industrial feel. Great service. Eclectic seafood menu with lots of great appetizers and entrees. A bit pricey but everything was excellent, including the wine list. Preponderance of whites. I'll be back.
Wonderful place. Good food good service
Where to begin? The food was great, atmosphere was great, decor I thought was perfect, the white tile in the kitchen sets it apart from any other restaurants I have been to and the bar area had just the right amount of lighting. Our server knew the menu very well and made excellent recommendations. And I didn't not think it was over priced; however, be sure to have reservations.
Outstanding concepts, execution, service and setting.
We had an awesome dinner sitting outside, can't wait to return!
